Foundation Repair Columbia SC wants every homeowner in Columbia, SC, and across Richland and Lexington Counties to be able to read our pages and send a request, on any device and with any assistive technology.

The goal. Our target is Level AA of WCAG 2.1, the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. The site is built from plain HTML and CSS, so it works with screen readers, keyboard-only use, browser zoom and larger text settings.

What's in place. Headings run in a clear order, so you can skip from one section to the next. Images have text descriptions. We check color contrast on body text, links and buttons. Every form field has a label you can see, and you can fill in and send the form with a keyboard alone. FAQ answers sit in open text, not in panels you must click to expand. The quiz and the cost calculator use standard buttons and labels that assistive tools can read.

Known limits. Some pages we link to, such as government offices and source documents, belong to others. They may not meet the same standard, and their owners control them.

Reporting a problem. If you get stuck anywhere on the site, write to us through the contact form and add "website question" to your message. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do and what stopped you. If the form itself is the barrier, describe the problem in whatever way you can reach us, and we will work out another way with you. We review each report and fix problems as soon as we reasonably can.
